Norwegian learners' problems. Listen: These sounds do not create any real difficulties for Norwegians when communicating in English, but there is a certain difference between the English and the Norwegian sounds. In most Norwegian dialects /t/ and /d/ are so-called dental sounds, whereas in English they are pronounced with the tongue a bit further back. So if you want to fine-tune your pronunciation on this point, you may compare the pronunciations underneath, and practise the English /t/-sound.
