project focuses on conflict resolution with primary and pre-primary
school children and aims to promote good practice for both teachers
and trainee teachers.
The main aim
of this project is to help children improve the ways they deal
with personal conflicts, including bullying and use them to help
solve inter group conflicts including dealing with refugees and
immigrants and with the threats posed by international tension
and war in Europe and involving Europe.
The main activities
during the project period will involve the sharing of expertise
and good practice via ICT linking, plus visits and conferences
for students, teachers and staff to explore understandings and
The main output of the CRIPSIE project was the running of the CRIPSIE in-service course in Torhout in Belgium November 5-12, 2005. There will be a production and dissemination of the teaching materials from the in-service course 2005.
A new CRIPSIE in-service course is announced in the Socrates Comenius/Grundtvig web course catalogue. The course is planned to run 2006 November 4-11 in Belgium.
This DIPSIE in-service course is a product of the DIPSIE project which was
